Clinic: Pilates for Dressage

Bayside Pilates, in collaboration with the East Bay chapter of the California Dressage Society welcomes Janice Dulak, author of "Pilates for the Dressage Rider" and Sarah Martin, USDF Gold Medalist in early March, 2008.

Sharing a passion for helping riders and horses alike, Sarah Martin and Janice Dulak have joined forces to offer a transformative clinic for dressage riders. Janice will help riders identify their correct position while riding, and then help them use their bodies in the saddle to aid their horses in achieving correct execution of dressage movements. Sarah will give riders formal dressage instruction integrating their newfound understanding of their own body into dressage riding technique. Both instructors will evaluate and assist students in setting a trajectory for the continued integration of Pilates for Dressage techniques, into their dressage practice.
