Is Pilates right for you?
Nearly anyone, regardless of age or physical condition, with motivation to practice can enjoy the benefits of Pilates.
Because each person is unique, Pilates is best learned and practiced on an individual basis. Use of the various pieces of apparatus, exercises, modifications, and teaching cues are all dependent on the needs of the student and therefore highly individualized.
Group classes, most popularly taught on the mat, limit the ability of teacher and student to address all these individual needs. However, group classes are much less cost–prohibitive and still allow students to explore the Pilates system. Keeping class size small and combining group and individual instruction affords students the best opportunity to maximize their learning.

Individual Lessons

Individual lessons are offered Monday through Friday as scheduling availability allows.

Group Lessons
Intimate group class series are offered as scheduling allows. Series includes one individual lesson and five group lessons (3 to 5 students in group)
